I had a very disappointing experience here today. I booked an 11:30am appointment but wasn't seen until 11:35am because, as Meaghan explained, she "didn't hear me come in." She then asked why I had booked. When I explained that I simply wanted to have my ears checked to make sure everything was okay, she told me that most people only book if they're experiencing hearing problems.
