Cool association. They are pretty discret and open. I like them. Very nice people
I ordered an Estoppel in 12/4/19 and recording says should usually receive in 5 business days. Today is 12/27/19 and after multiple emails and voice messages I still do not have the Estoppel. I guess today I will have to drive to the office and request in person because they do not return emails or voice messages. I would give this management company a zero if it was possible.
I like the location of this neighborhood, but I noticed that there is no regulation about the trash cans Homeowners put they thrash can anywhere in the property making the area looks very bad and trashy.
