I requested a fencing quote and they said they will come and have a look. Then stopped responding to all emails. Called their receptionist who said she "forgot" and said she will get back to me. Still no response. I should not have waited for them and trusted that they will follow up. I understand the job was small but the could say from start that they won't do it rather than wasting my time.
