Had my windshield replaced today and the service was excellent from start to finish. Regeana was amazing to deal with over the phone—she answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly. Winter roads were terrible and I ended up running late to pick up my vehicle before closing. I made a frantic call to Jason, and he immediately put me at ease, telling me not to worry and to drive safely. He even offered to stay late if needed. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service from both Regeana and Jason. Highly recommend!

I was searching for a solution for my portable A/C unit for my apartment window. I decided to use plexiglass but had no idea how to cut it to fit my window and A/C hose port. Crystal Glass not only cut the plexiglass but also attached the A/C hose port perfectly. I could not be happier with the result. I highly recommend this solution to everyone who has a portable A/C unit rather than using cardboard or styrofoam.
