Very disappointed with this company. Booked to get a windshield replaced a week before and appointment was confirmed day before and while on the road just seconds before showing up for our appointment they call and say “the guy who was supposed to do your service is sick you will have to reschedule”. Do they only have 1 employee?? We picked this day and time specifically due to this being a work truck and needs to be at jobs during the week and they are only open 9am - 1pm Saturdays. Our company worked with Jamie at Crystal Glass to get one of our clients windows replaced. Jamie was always available and quoted me a fair price to accomplish the project. From my first call to the original site visit with AJ it went smooth to have the price provided to me. Once I secured the project the order placement was easy and the glass came in at the timeframe she provided. Crystal Glass Langley to the rescue!! When I broke the mirror on a vintage dresser I was converting to a bathroom vanity, I either got no response or very expensive quotes from other companies. A friend suggested Crystal Glass, and I couldn't have been more overjoyed with the service, turnaround time and price! Branch Manager Jamie was a pleasure to deal with and the detail by AJ was second to none! (the mirror had a lot of curves and had to custom fit a 100+ year old oak frame).
