Our company worked with Jamie at Crystal Glass to get one of our clients windows replaced. Jamie was always available and quoted me a fair price to accomplish the project. From my first call to the original site visit with AJ it went smooth to have the price provided to me. Once I secured the project the order placement was easy and the glass came in at the timeframe she provided. Crystal Glass Langley to the rescue!! When I broke the mirror on a vintage dresser I was converting to a bathroom vanity, I either got no response or very expensive quotes from other companies. A friend suggested Crystal Glass, and I couldn't have been more overjoyed with the service, turnaround time and price! Branch Manager Jamie was a pleasure to deal with and the detail by AJ was second to none! (the mirror had a lot of curves and had to custom fit a 100+ year old oak frame). Contacted Crystal Glass to replace a window in our home. From the staff in office to the install techs everyone was a pleasure to deal with. They called me to advise there would be a delay as the first window had a flaw and they had it redone knowing I would not be happy with it! That doesn't happen often!! Very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend
Went in here after Fraserway RV quoted me over $2000 to replace a non-moving window over the sink (and 2-3 weeks). Crystal Glass quoted me $270 and would take a couple weeks. Today, 2 weeks and 1 day later, my RV is back, fixed, and you can't tell this glass came from someone other than Thor RV. Kudos to Crystal Glass. To hell with Fraserway RV.
