STAY AWAY !!! NOT HONEST OR REPUTABLE !! Our rear window defroster stopped working on our car. Reputable glass shops regularly repair the connections and/or replace the window when necessary. We called Crystal Glass and spoke to the receptionist Heather and fully explained the situation giving the year, make and model of our car. We asked if Crystal Glass could properly diagnose the problem and give us a free estimate on how much they would charge to repair it. Professional service. When you walk in to a very quiet office pleasant music playing. You are greated by a pleasant voice where you are not sure exactly where it came from. Someone had stopped whatever they were working on to round a corned and greet you in the lobby. For showing up near close, they were able to assess and find a solution that works.
