Genuinely very impressed with my overall experience with Crystal Glass. From the upfront C/S to the quality of work that was done! Brought my car in for a window replacement after trying 2 other shops. They took my call and confirmed with me they could source the glass (as I drive an import) before even proceeding to get me into the shop for paperwork (unlike the other two places i went to..)! Once again… amazing service! I’ve been there several times for rock chips and 2 full windshield replacements. Friendly front desk reception staff, efficient and timely booking and great technicians. I was running late to pick up my car and Nick stayed after closing so I could grab my vehicle. I always refer them and know they will take care of my friends too.

We needed a custom door/hinged-window, with dimensions that were accurate to the +-0.5mm. Crystal looked at our blueprints, gave us the thumbs-up, and in short order made a perfectly sized pane of glass. <nicely radiused too> A1 for service <yes, that's the pane there, with recessed hinges and a tiny handle>
