Professional service. When you walk in to a very quiet office pleasant music playing. You are greated by a pleasant voice where you are not sure exactly where it came from. Someone had stopped whatever they were working on to round a corned and greet you in the lobby. For showing up near close, they were able to assess and find a solution that works. Disclaimer: im the rare situation. Even through all the difficulties (out of their control) they kept amazing communication. Extremely professional. Reppaced the windshield on my 98 subi (rhd). Incredibly clean install, and i cant be any more happy with the work they did for me. Easy recommendation for any rhd imports.
Genuinely very impressed with my overall experience with Crystal Glass. From the upfront C/S to the quality of work that was done! Brought my car in for a window replacement after trying 2 other shops. They took my call and confirmed with me they could source the glass (as I drive an import) before even proceeding to get me into the shop for paperwork (unlike the other two places i went to..)!
