Professional service. When you walk in to a very quiet office pleasant music playing. You are greated by a pleasant voice where you are not sure exactly where it came from. Someone had stopped whatever they were working on to round a corned and greet you in the lobby. For showing up near close, they were able to assess and find a solution that works.
