Abysmal. They made an error and needed to replace passenger window but didn't order the tint from factory - wanted us to get aftermarket tint BUT it was not OUR fault that the glass was damaged. Extremely poor business practice. Management purposely ordered untinted glass and left their installer to be the one to advise us that had been done. Never returning here again. UPDATE: February 13 - the new glass was installed and sent for new tint job. Thank you for stepping up!
What an amazing experience with the local business. I needed a simple window fixed. I dropped off my broke glass & frame Tuesday at 4pm and I had a phone call Wednesday morning before 9am that the job was complete & ready for pickup! Plus, my bill was less than the quote I was given. Will definitely use again and recommend to others!
