Jessica & Sarah was very helpful, accommodating and the crew done a wonderful job of installing a new windshield in my truck and their work was very clean. Thank you!
I had my windshield replaced. The staff were friendly, professional and did a great job within a short period of time. I highly recommend Crystal Glass.
Receptionist (Sarah) was nice, however employee that was repairing my vehicle (Keith) was very rude and won't even talk back nicely. He was backing up and basically I told him that he has a backup cam in cancel it's needed and his response was "I DONT NEED HELP." I don't understand why would someone be so rude for no reason at all. Also got thirsty during my appointment and they have the water cooler but no cups! My car was unfortunately broken into and my mechanic referred me to Crystal Glass. And I’m really glad he did. When I called, they didn’t have my glass in stock but said they would check. About 15 minutes later they called back to confirm they had found it and could replace it the next day. The glass replacement was done timely and professionally; but what impressed me even more was that they vacuumed the entire car since there was shattered glass everywhere.
