I called here for a quote, emailed them the specs, didn't hear back. Called the next week, they forgot it, supposed to send it to McLeod trail location, they did not. I have no idea how they operate a business in this fashion. I went to Economy glass and got a better quote within one hour
I looked for an Auto Glass place to fix my windshield (rock chip repair). I was happy to find Crystal Glass, which has good reviews, and it's conveniently located close to my work in Downtown. When I called, I was told that I could come right away without an appointment, and the service was done on time, less than 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and professional.

I have used Crystal Glass on 9th avenue SW a few times and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They are friendly, helpful and professional. Today they managed to fit me in to check on my back car window which would not roll up. As the window motor was broken they could not help me but they were kind enough to roll up the window and tape it up for me until I could get to my mechanic, all for no charge. Thank you Crystal Glass.
