My car was unfortunately broken into and my mechanic referred me to Crystal Glass. And I’m really glad he did. When I called, they didn’t have my glass in stock but said they would check. About 15 minutes later they called back to confirm they had found it and could replace it the next day. The glass replacement was done timely and professionally; but what impressed me even more was that they vacuumed the entire car since there was shattered glass everywhere. I came here 4 days ago to fix a chipped windshield. They repaired it and told me that if the chip cracked again, I could come back and they would fix it for half price. Unfortunately, just 4 days later, the glass cracked further. When I returned, the manager told me I had to pay full price again, which was not what I was originally told. What made it worse was that the manager told me to come back another day if I wanted to speak to the girl who helped me. I found this very unprofessional.
