Just called crystal glass to get an appointment to get my windshield replaced. I always go there but this time Alison was super rude so I took my business to Speedy Glass. The fellow there was fast efficient and super friendly.

Amazing!! Front desk staff were awesome and super kind on the phone; and had a few laughs.. the techs in the back were fantastic also; quick service and again, super personable and had a few good laughs! Will only take my vehicle to Crystal Glass

The owner is an egotistical jerk. Arrived for an appointment to drop off a canopy to have the rear window replaced, when the owner walks up to me and condescendingly says “Why don’t you take the door off instead of leaving your canopy in MY shop?”. I said, “You’re the one who told me to drop it off here.” Then he says, “We’re closed.” I looked at my watch and it was 4:50. They close at 5:00. I told him where to go and left. The staff at Crystal Glass are super friendly and caring towards their customers. Beginning with dropping in to the shop for a quote, calling to make an appointment, and having my vehicle's windshield replaced, it was a delightful experience. Crystal Glass took care of everything. All I had to do was drop my vehicle and keys off then a few hours later pick them up. They show a high level of expertise about the ICBC process and the technicians did a great work with replacing the windshield.
