The owner is an egotistical jerk. Arrived for an appointment to drop off a canopy to have the rear window replaced, when the owner walks up to me and condescendingly says “Why don’t you take the door off instead of leaving your canopy in MY shop?”. I said, “You’re the one who told me to drop it off here.” Then he says, “We’re closed.” I looked at my watch and it was 4:50. They close at 5:00. I told him where to go and left. The staff at Crystal Glass are super friendly and caring towards their customers. Beginning with dropping in to the shop for a quote, calling to make an appointment, and having my vehicle's windshield replaced, it was a delightful experience. Crystal Glass took care of everything. All I had to do was drop my vehicle and keys off then a few hours later pick them up. They show a high level of expertise about the ICBC process and the technicians did a great work with replacing the windshield.

I am so sad that there is no zaro star for this business. I was there to replace my driver side windows. They did the replacement with an off market windows and when I asked if it is possible to replace it with a genuine part I have been told that it is okay and they can do the replacement and they would follow up with the dealership to see when they can have the glass in the shop. After a three weeks I called for a follow up and asked if they got an ETA for a genuine part and it is very INTERESTING that they all got mad tha... read more

I bought a replacement mirror that came with the wrong backing plate. When we went in to see if they could put the new mirror on the old backing plate the whole staff was so friendly and accommodating. AJ was able to fix the mirror, he did an awesome job and saved us a bunch of money! Thank you all for the awesome service. We will definitely be returning customers. It's great to see that there are local businesses that value customer service.
