I am so sad that there is no zaro star for this business. I was there to replace my driver side windows. They did the replacement with an off market windows and when I asked if it is possible to replace it with a genuine part I have been told that it is okay and they can do the replacement and they would follow up with the dealership to see when they can have the glass in the shop. I bought a replacement mirror that came with the wrong backing plate. When we went in to see if they could put the new mirror on the old backing plate the whole staff was so friendly and accommodating. AJ was able to fix the mirror, he did an awesome job and saved us a bunch of money! Thank you all for the awesome service. We will definitely be returning customers. It's great to see that there are local businesses that value customer service.
Was told install went seamlessly, turns out tech broke clips and rubber seal at the edge of the hood, blamed me for them being previously broken, and then when trying to reinstall clips drops them into my engine bay and told me it was fine. Rude, and although acknowledged they tore the piece, blamed it on another tech and walked back inside the shop. Would not recommend. I can see now why they have availability for installs without much wait.
1. Bring vehicle with shattered glass. 2. Make a claim and an appointment to replace. 3. Staff Tapes broken window...to my hatch. 4. 1.5 weeks window is installed. Took most of the day. 5. Go retrieve ....it is full of goop on my vehicle and tape residue. Told they won't clean up tape as they said we put the tape on...no we didn't . Ok manager will "take care of it" . Almost a full day to do that?!??? I would not recommend this company . Most Go above what is required but nope not here.
