I visited Crystal Glass yesterday and had an exceptional experience. Despite arriving just five minutes before they were closing, the team took the time to repair my rearview mirror, which had become loose during my drive from Regina. They stayed past their closing time to ensure the job was completed. Their dedication and strong work ethic did not go unnoticed. I will definitely return for future services. I am very disappointed with Crystal Glass Leduc! They installed my three new windows yesterday, and promptly uninstalled them when I was unable to immediately pay the $1350 bill. 1. Windows were broken by my drunk roommate, Benjamin Kruger (not my friend) on Mar 13, and the RCMP charged him with mischief. 2. It took Crystal Glass nine (9) days to produce a quote, and since I have been a loyal customer for over 40 years, I did not ask for quotes from their competition. 3. Replaced my windshield three months ago. Not a single mark on it, not one tiny chip. Warmed up the vehicle for around ten minutes, drive for less than a minute and a pressure crash top to bottom on the inner pane. The manufacturer not interested as they only give 30 day warranty on pressure cracks. Either way it's a manufacturer or install issue..... not mine. I won't ever use them again.
just had windshield replaced at Crystal Glass for my Mazda Cx5. Overall, I am satisfied with their professional service and their high quality work; I am happy that I picked Crystal Glass's Chilliwack store to have my windshield replacement job done!
