Amazing service and very honest people work there. I got some glass work done for my lamp frames and also on another occasion fixed the windshield for a chip today. Their work is top notch and their service is 10 star. For sure I am going to be their regular customer.
Now that they have updated their website, I have nothing to complain about! Staff is super friendly & professional. Service is excellent. Work is well done. It's done quickly and efficiently and at a decent price. I had three large window screens repaired. Highly recommend.
Such bad service. They broke sensors for driving assistance that is housed in the black unit on the windshield and lied about it. Was told the manager would reach out to me once back from vacation and never heard from them again. To top it off the receptionist was so unbelievably rude and condescending on the phone despite me being patient and calm. Not surprising since they weren’t very friendly the day of the initial appointment either. Go literally anywhere else to get your windshield fixed.
Quick to respond! I was very pleased when there was a miscommunication about my order, that I was compensated for the misunderstanding by the company. Would recommend.
I went to order 2 circular pieces 23 inches. Cost was $ 227.00 which I thought was for 2. Turns out, that was for just one. Not only were they not listening to me, they were unclear in giving me the cost. Shocking amount for one piece!
