Not impressed..originally was happy with the quick response for my email inquiry and an appointment was set up for the Forest Lawn location. 3 hours after the generic time given I called to see if they knew approximately when the tech was coming only to be told that “he was held up” and wouldn’t be available until the following week. Thanks for letting me know..if I hadn’t called I would be still wondering where he was. Without a doubt, this was the best experience I’ve had getting work done on a windshield. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the job quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to come back. They’ve definitely earned a lifelong customer.
You guys are the laziest people I’ve ever seen. They always have excuse not to do the work either. It’s too windy or something. Find someone else to change your windshield. They just waste your time.
