Dropped off a custom piece of glass to be remade, made it clear we were hoping to have it back sooner than later. 4 WEEKS LATER, they began working on it, with glass they had in the shop!!!! My husband stood there waited for it. It cost double than the competition. We will never be back
Smile Cookies! That is what the staff will get today for their incredible support and service they provided to me last week. A rock hit my windshield last week and left major damage. I drove straight to Crystal Glass before the chip spread and they took the truck in right away. They were realistic about what could be done and did their best to fix a nasty chip. I am happy with the outcome and effort put into the repair. Thank you.
Was just there to ask questions bout my jeep and the calibration for the head lights , they looked at it out in the blizzard right away , brought it inside for diagnostics right away , gave me a sheet with codes from diagnostics , charged me nothing all that in like 10 mins and I was on my way , never met such a great bunch of people like that , very good service wish more businesses were this helpful , thanks again guys ...cheers
