Sheryl, Cody, and the Crystal Glass Team were the light at the end of the tunnel after my car was broken into. They were incredibly kind and got me into the shop asap after ordering the window in from Edmonton. Their customer service is top notch — Cody dropped me back to work after I dropped my car off and picked me back up when my car was ready. Service was quick — window replaced and windshield chip fixed within an hour. Thank you again Sheryl, Cody, and the rest of the team for your kindness and high quality service.
Kelly and his team went above and beyond to help me. Also, found out there was a recall on the part I needed so I could get the dealership to do it for free!
Had our rear truck window explode on us, completely unexpected! Called crystal glass in Kelowna and they got us in same day within 20 minutes! Reese and his team were amazing! They wrapped it for us and made it so much better!
Called for windshield chip repair. They got me in right away and did a great job. Super friendly staff and close to a strip mall so we were able to get some shopping done at the same time.
