The receptionist here is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Had to leave without getting my windshield replaced. Why? When I made the appointment for my wheelchair accessible vehicle and stated it was important to get done the lady DID NOT explain ANYTHING. When I got there she stated it would be hours till the work would be completed, When asked why didn't she say anything when the appointment was being booked over the phone her words were - customers know that it takes a while and you should had asked me how long this would take. I had an amazing experience today at Crystal Glass on 97St in Edmonton. I brought my BMW in for rock repair and they were so polite and even offered a free service. Rare to get service such as this anymore.
Outstanding service! While on vacation, we got a large rock chip in our windshield just as we were about to head home. We stopped by this glass company, and within minutes, a technician came out to repair it. The entire process took less than 15 minutes. Our windshield looks great, and we can safely continue our trip. Highly recommend!
Needed a couple window screens made on a tight deadline for a job. After calling window and door companies and being told weeks, Crystal glass came through in one day for us even though they were busy. Marlene and other front desk staff were very understanding. Also price was almost half of other quotes ! So we will be coming here for all these type of needs . Thank you Crystal Glass !
I had a very disappointing experience at this Crystal Glass location. Upon arrival, I witnessed the manager working on a customer’s vehicle. While entering the driver’s side, he carelessly opened the door into a metal/concrete object right next to the car, showing little to no awareness or concern about damage that may have caused.
