Recently, I brought my Buick to get the front windshield replaced. It was easy to make an appointment. Within a few days I showed up and within an hour and a half or less I was out the door. Price was excellent. Very happy. The two ladies at the counter are friendly and knowledgeable, and we were able to answer all my questions and concerns. If I have another crack in my windshield and need to be replaced, I’m coming back to this crystal glass on 97th St., Edmonton.

The receptionist here is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Had to leave without getting my windshield replaced. Why? When I made the appointment for my wheelchair accessible vehicle and stated it was important to get done the lady DID NOT explain ANYTHING. When I got there she stated it would be hours till the work would be completed, When asked why didn't she say anything when the appointment was being booked over the phone her words were - customers know that it takes a while and you should had asked me how long this would take. I had an amazing experience today at Crystal Glass on 97St in Edmonton. I brought my BMW in for rock repair and they were so polite and even offered a free service. Rare to get service such as this anymore.
Outstanding service! While on vacation, we got a large rock chip in our windshield just as we were about to head home. We stopped by this glass company, and within minutes, a technician came out to repair it. The entire process took less than 15 minutes. Our windshield looks great, and we can safely continue our trip. Highly recommend!
