Negative stars for this place. Horrific expereince. Got my windshield replaced without proper calibration, rearview hs losened up, heads up display not working, spoiled velvet inside the car.Went to the lady don sitting at the front with my concerns same day while i picked up my car but would not listen to anything. Asked for techician and was told he is mobile so dont know when will he come back. Never even received a phone call back from them. Finally getting it done through dealership. Fort McMurray the best glass place in town is crystal glass what a outstanding team of rockstars. Fixed my emergency repair for 1/10 of the price compared to other options in town. You will not be disappointed thanks again Brittany
I've dealt with these guys for years. Al is awesome and Brittany is absolutely the best. Knowledgeable staff. Super fantastic customer service. I just can't say enough. 15 years and they are still my number one go to for glass and windows. Northland school Division.
They charged us for full payment but didn’t complete the job. They said they gonna call us today June 06,2025 but until now no call from them. Hard to deal with them.
I explained that we had a situation which required a quick turnaround. They were extremely accommodating and the job was done within a couple of hours. Highly recommend!
