Terri was so helpful and extremely helpful . Service was amazing and this location has a me for a customer for life , I live 2 hrs away but will get my windshields repaired/replace at Ponoka Crystal glass only. Got both vehicles windshields replaced and was excellent in pricing . Well done and highly recommended
Friendly customer service. Job was done well and efficiently.
Very poor service. Took my vehicle to crystal glass in ponoka. They put the windshield in, shortly after I noticed a leak. I took it back for them to fix it and they said they did, but still leaks. I asked them to take the window out and fix it properly as it was never sealed properly. They refused because they couldn't find the invoice in the system. Do not use crystal glass.
