I got a quote on Monday, I liked it and booked it in for Wednesday. When I dropped it off, I noticed the paperwork was for a few dollars more ($14 or so). I mentioned this, to which they explained it was some sort of fee related to the windshield replacement. I responded in my grumpy voice that it should have been part of the quote.
