Stay away! It has been one problem after another since I took my car in for a new windshield. The first windshield they installed had a couple of flaws in the glass. They looked like rock chips but it was between the two layers of glass. I made an appointment to get a replacement windshield installed and this this time when I picked up my car, I was told they couldn't do the recalibration of the safety systems because there was no power to the OBD port. Great service, squeezed us in with no appointment. Installed new windshield and had a very reasonable price.
The staff were helpful and polite however when I picked my car up after leaving it all day to be done it looked worse than when I took it in. Even had one of the employees there tell me sometimes it’s not perfect however it’s a far cry from perfect. I got the manager to inspect the work, he agreed it wasn’t good and gave me a refund with no argument which I appreciated. I came in to get re-fixed my windshield that I got serviced from them previously. He was so kind and prompt to take my vehicle while I came in with no appointments. And he didn't charge me as the initial service was done by them. It was such a nice suprise and thank you so much .
Went in for an insurance claim on windshield damage. Service was prompt and pricing was fair. Appointment was made to ensure a windshield and a windshield calibration specialist could be there.
