Cory, the general manager, seems like a honest guy, fixed up previous bad repair done by them. Although, the front desk receptionist Angel... was sure not an angel. She was very hostile and dismissive when I came in expressing my concerns about a bad repair I have had done. She was extremely rude to my brother who I had brought with me to explain the issue with my car, and told him to stop talking! Terrible first impression at this location... something they should really change. I will not be returning to this location.
Customer service was great until it was time for them to rectify a problem they created. Scheduling an appointment for a windshield replacement over the phone was a breeze. So was payment of the deductible at the front desk, and processing insurance through AMI Glass. I was able to drop my vehicle off in the morning of my appointment (as scheduled 8am). The work was done by noon, and my vehicle was ready for pickup. Later in the week I discovered that my windshield washer fluid was not spraying through the jets onto my winds... read more
We were very pleased with the service provided by the downtown Edmonton location of Crystal Glass (10260 105 Street) Angel was exceptional in handling our initial telephone enquiry and in looking after us when we arrived for repair of a cracked windshield. Our technician had years of experience and quickly assessed that the repair could be successfully completed. We were delighted with the service and the positive results.
