Terrible customer service. I went in for a windshield fill. As soon as I arrived, I explained what I was requesting. The woman at the counter, with a mad face, immediately said, “No, not today. I don’t have time.” I understand I arrived close to 5 p.m., but instead of politely explaining that they were about to close or suggesting I schedule an appointment, she didn’t even say hello or sorry. Very unprofessional follow-through. I contacted Crystal Glass Edmonton multiple times over several weeks trying to get service arranged. Each time, the front desk staff was polite and told me the manager would call me back — that never happened. I was eventually given the manager’s number directly; when I spoke with him, he said he would send his people out, but no one ever showed up. Horrible custimer seevice. The lady i met on Saturday was laughing at my windshield's crack, saying that "we are not providing miracles that fix this" while i came basically for evaluation.
Very nice employees! Called in and got my window changed within two hours ! Excellent service!
