We were travelling from out of province and the front desk staff was extremely efficient and helpful. Due to time constraints for both travel and having to order the windshield, although the repair could not be done in the Red Deer shop, she set us up with a repair shop in Calgary on the day and time that worked for our travelling schedule. She even provided the part number to make things easier. Super helpful!!
I had to get 3 windows replaced, they were prompt, affordable, and the staff was very pleasant. My windows were ready in less than 24 hours. Awesome experience I highly recommend them 👌

They damaged my vehicle while it was in their care. They stated my wiper motor was damaged when they found it. Vehicle less then a week prior was in dealership and inspected from top to bottom (paid over 2g) so I called about and they stated they looked and was in perfect condition. Vehicle is 1.5yrs old. They gave me a hard time during booking about vehicle needing calibration for them to be “unable to complete” when vehicle was in. Disappointed in how I was treated during visits to their facility.
