i got my window replaced by these folks , ive lived in RedDeer 41 years,this isnt my first window, they were great to work with the lady on the frount end was great also neat and tidy and knew her job very well . her name was Terry.
Customer service is amazing. Will definitely be going back for any repairs and will be recommending that all my friends go here for any chip repairs.
Absolute arrogance and terrible customer service. When I phoned and asked for my quote that they said they had finished, The person from crystal glass Terry I believe is her name. Said she couldn’t give it to me because she’s too busy with other customers. Every time I phoned to ask questions it seemed like it was just too much for them to deal with and they did not want to talk or answer any of my questions. Completely piss poor and unprofessional.

We were travelling from out of province and the front desk staff was extremely efficient and helpful. Due to time constraints for both travel and having to order the windshield, although the repair could not be done in the Red Deer shop, she set us up with a repair shop in Calgary on the day and time that worked for our travelling schedule. She even provided the part number to make things easier. Super helpful!!
