Update: I spoke to Crystal Glass, and apparently the price discrepancy between what I was quoted and what they tried to bill me was because their online quote system is "a work in progress" that currently always quotes the cheapest possible price, which may not be the correct price depending on which windshield option your car has. They also bought a paint pen for my car and sent Jamie out to touch up the scratches on the A posts. I went to Crystal Glass to get my car's windshield replaced. They did the replacement alright, but when I went to pay they tried to bill me WAY more than they'd quoted me. It took a few minutes of discussion to get them to honour the quoted price. And then when I got home, I noticed that they'd scratched the paint on my car's A posts beside the windshield. AMAZING PEOPLE!! We love how they treated us. The owner is just amazing and the people who work there are so nice and kind. We are mexicans and highly recommend this place. They fixed so quickly the back window of the car and they were so proffesional. Love this place 🥹🤍
