They need to work on their customer service. I sat and watched how they deal with people and if it were my company I would be making changes. I have been here many times it’s always the same. Last time.
I recently had my windshield replaced at Crystal Glass Canada Ltd. and was extremely impressed with the entire experience. The team was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. The replacement was completed quickly, with excellent workmanship and attention to detail. The staff kept me informed throughout the process and made everything smooth and hassle-free. My vehicle was returned clean, and the new windshield looks perfect.
Horrible attitude from the moment we took a screen in to be replaced. Jason acted like it was an inconvenience. He just wanted to repair even though we wanted it replaced. Finally we asked for it to be replaced, and he still used our old corners on the new screen and never included the clips required to install it. We were told to email pictures when we got home and there was no response to the email until a follow up email a week later.
