The folks at this Crystal Glass shop are great. They have fixed 2-3 rock chips for me in the past 2 months. The results are amazing. It's nearly impossible to find where the chips occurred. They do the work while you wait in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend using this shop.
Myself, a retired glazing contractor from British Columbia. I was pleasantly surprised with the personalized service I received at this location. Summer particularly was helpful dealing with an old man while I waited for my windshield chip to be repaired. Had my windshield and my wifes windshield replaced and received excellent service. Excellent is an understatement. These guys are stellar. I have dealt with Joe and Summer both of which are a delight to deal with. Highly recommend this Crystal Glass location.
Someone threw a rock at my storm door and it shattered the glass, my neighbor recommend Crystal Glass to me and I called them and right away got the help I needed. Summer was so friendly and helpful, and when I have question later, she would respond quickly. And the technician came and took my storm door and noticed the door stopper was old and recommended me get a new one from home depot and said he would put it on for me.
