The ER is top notch! Short wait, attentive staff & excellent care. Much needed in the Lake Norman region.
Atrium Lake Norman is the best hospital I have been in in a long time. I sat at Duke Lake Norman for 4 hrs while in severe pain I went to Atrium and I was seen immediately and the staff was so friendly and helpful and funny I forgot I was in a hospital. I will continue to go to them even though I live about 20 minutes away and have to deal with I-77 traffic.
I was sent to the ER by Urgent Care. I was immediately well taken care of in the ER.
Thank you so much for the excellent work of the 4th floor team (McKensy, Lindsay, Emma, Vanessa, Veronica, Charlotte and others that I can't remember at the moment) during my stay at the hospital. Honestly, they made me feel like I was in a five star hotel, not a hospital.
