I ordered and item and when I still had not received it after 2 weeks without a word I contacted Nancy to find out when I would get the item - it was a bday gift for someone special. I was told they company was moving and that everything was misplaced. They did not know when they would be able to send it out. A few days later when I check my order status on their website it simply said "ORDER CANCELLED" - no notification, nothing! This is a horrible company and I will never be buying from them again.
