Paul is very knowledgeable and kind. He helped me choose the ideal flowers and explained to me the maintenance required to preserve them longer . I will be definitely coming back for the fabulous service they provide.

I decided at the last minute to take on the family tradition of decorating our family gravesites, otherwise it wasn’t going to happen. I live on the west coast and it was daunting. I didn’t know where to begin. Paul at Crystal Florist took something that could have been unbelievably frustrating and got it done in a professional, kind and competent manner. This flower shop was absolutely terrible. I would rate it 0 stars if I can! They limited me with very few options and didn’t take my preferences into consideration at all. The staff seemed completely inconsiderate and unwilling to accommodate my needs. The flowers they provided were mostly damaged and looked like they had been sitting out for days. The wrapping was sloppy, rushed, and done without any care or attention to detail. When I asked them to redo it, the result was still poorly done and looked just as bad. It felt l... read more
