Put an order in for a delivery with a weeks (web says they need 5 to 7 days)advance. Nobody came to fill it. I waited with my heat very low with small children in the home and had to call 3 plus times to get updates on when my order would be delivered, each time was treated poorly by customer service, and was told it would be delivered the next day and it never was.
