Always friendly, fast and efficient. The reward points/money for returning customers are great as well.
Our doctor was in crystal falls , started using cf pharmacy. Lately they can't keep one of my meds in stock, only have a partial order and i have to make a second trip from iron River to get the rest of the order. Another 30 mile trip. Sorry, I'm done

95% of the time all the workers are amazing. But one seems to always be grumpy. I get it customer service isn't easy. But she is always rude when I have my daughter in law pick up my meds for me. Snappy rude and so on. They are not narcotics. Just plan Jane meds. She really needs to be nice. It might be the one that's rude to me sometimes. But she is rude to 90% of the customers. If she is rude once more I will pull my scripts out and switch.
