Best service from start to finish! Diane was extremely helpful in planning my project, and Joe did an awesome job bringing it all to life. I had a very small window for completion, which was narrowed greatly by delivery issues with the glasses, by no fault of theirs. My order was completed within two hours, and ready for my event as needed. Great communication, great service, great work, great price.
Amazing service. Fast response, great quality, and great people. I called on a Friday evening about 4pm and needed something engraved for the next day. I drove over and they knocked it out by 6pm the same day. I highly recommend them.
I needed a retirement gift and called Diane at the Crystal Factory. Did I mention I had a 24 hour turnaround? Joe and Diane are wonderful! This review is so long overdue, but here goes! I was maid of honor to my best friend in April 2018 and she and I came here to get her toasting flutes and a metal base that held them engraved. They did such a wonderful job that we came back for flasks for the groomsmen and a gift for my parents 40th wedding anniversary the following month.
