I needed a retirement gift and called Diane at the Crystal Factory. Did I mention I had a 24 hour turnaround? I was so stressed but they were able to accommodate my request and it was a beautiful plaque that commemorated the service of my coworker. I highly recommend Joe and Diane at the Crystal Factory.

Joe and Diane are wonderful! This review is so long overdue, but here goes! I was maid of honor to my best friend in April 2018 and she and I came here to get her toasting flutes and a metal base that held them engraved. They did such a wonderful job that we came back for flasks for the groomsmen and a gift for my parents 40th wedding anniversary the following month. My friend even snuck back to have a scotch glass engraved as a gift for me! They do beautiful work and really take the time to make sure the design is exactly w... read more
