Incredible service. I went to get some pipe and Garry asked me all about the pool I’m building and went through each part of the pipework system with me. It’s my first pool build. He took the time to understand what I was building and supplied me with quite a few extra bits that I 100% needed and would be in trouble without! great service and very helpful. always on hand to help and give advice. would highly recommend this company. go out of their way to help you. I am a complete beginner setting up my pool and dont have any knowledge and nothing has been to much even though i have sent endless questions they are always willing to give advice. purchased a heat pump and water filtration pump would highly recommend Gary and Ray

I've bought several things from this business over the last couple of years and can safely say their service is beyond impeccable. I've been in a sticky situation trying to identify a problem in my hot tub, and both Garry and Ray have helped enormously in trying to sort it out.
