can't not get Connie to pay my company for the service we did. She called us to remove a limb she signed the contract and after two months of waiting for payment she tells me she has a nothing to do with getting us paid an she has no number or email to get ahold of anyone. just leaves them notes. we need payment!
My daughter recently moved into Crystal Downs. They have had sewage backing up under their trailer since Monday. Connie at the office is thee most unprofessional person I have ever spoke to. Winter storm or not - communication is key in situations like this. Very displeased on how they are treating my daughter. Day 3 - still no update on when this problem will be fixed.
This place is used as a money pit. And quote things that don’t have a any signature
They could run this trailer park like they really cared about the residents who live here and care about the trailer park itself. There are so many things that need to be fixed!!!!
This place is the most under managed place of business I've ever come in contact with. No recommendations at all.
