Everyone was very quick and very polite, especially the gentleman in the office. Apt 11 am Check in 7.30 am Check out 8.30 am
First time pickup here. 19:00appt. Got here at 17:00Checked in and got my dock right away. Slide your tandems and have a clean trailer. Easy in and out Good experience absolutely be back
Nobody mentions that after hours you just drop the trailer with bills in the bill box over at gate 2, I was still unsure where exactly so I dropped in any dock door with the trailer doors closed. If they want it they'll find it, can't miss it. I still have no idea if that was correct but my dispatch never called me about it.
