I have been a customer of Crystal & Cundall for many years and have always received outstanding service, great insurance coverage for home and auto at competitive prices.
I've been a customer with Crystal and Cundall for about 7 years now. Bob and Ione have both been extremely helpful and friendly in both getting policies setup (Bob took his time and walked me through all the options, relaying pros and cons, and really provided me the information to find the best balance of coverage and cost savings). Ione is always immediately helpful any time I call (remove or add vehicles). I believe in doing business locally and Crystal and Cundall is one of those places that have been around a long time.... read more
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I really can't believe people this incompetent still have a job in this economy. I left a message for Jeff and Bob and it took them 4 BUSINESS DAYS to call me back, 6 if you count the weekends! Why on earth would it take 4 days to call a client back? To make matters worse, it was only after I complained a little that someone took notice, thanks guys! Great job on your due diligence. There are kids who are unemployed who could follow up far better than these old guys could. At least he gave a mediocr... read more
