This is worse than that another nursing home in Ferguson, Mo, which my aunt looked it up. Too much craziness. Too much shenanigans. And too much incompetency, carelessness, and negligency. Especially, every staff members are slower than molasses. Or snails 🐌 leading trails. Not to mention that there's a cigarette 🚬 in one of those showers. 👍🏽I appreciate the leadership skills that Ms. Mary possess, excellent role model and she ensures that the patients are well taken care of. I have a family member at this facility. I up in the air about my feelings concerning them. I've seen them swith from different ownership in the past three years. They've made some changes but have many more to go. They have improved in the staff. The only thing is there is no direct contact with the owners of this company. I don't like that. To me they don't want to be liable for the responsibility of their patients if they have to hide who they are. I very much would love to speak to them. I have a lot to say. Nursing home... read more
