I have had the most amazing experience there. Karen has been so wonderful, my mom and I stopped in on a whim in July when o had first gotten engaged and we found my dress after about a minute. But again, the customer service was amazing, we didn't even make an appointment(which was lucky on our part), and she made us feel so welcome and special and didn't mind that we were video chatting (very loudly) with my maid of honour who loves in the states, in fact she went on camera too and was smiling and laughing with us.
