Reception staff is not friendly or inviting. Did not feel like counselor had enough real life experience to deal with my trauma.
I called crystal counseling to make an appointment and they didn’t have any availability for a couple of weeks, which is fine, but they said they were scheduling me for their soonest opening, and I never received any confirmation or intake papers. Showed up on the day to have no appointment scheduled and I had tried to reach out to them by phone and by email multiple times, including the day of the supposed to be scheduled appointment, and absolutely no answer.
