ZINC found itself in unchartered waters and unknow territory with an REO property that had multiple red code violations. We reached out to Martin to retain his services as an owner's representative. Without question, he was prompt, courteous, professional, and extremely experienced in handling City and County code infractions and resolutions with the appropriate parties. We would highly recommend him to anybody seeking professional owners representative and construction related matters in Norther California.
I had an older home I was purchasing inspected by martin. he was thorough and accurate in his assessments due to the problems he found we were able to reduce our purchase price. He is very professional, experienced, courteous, timely, and honest. I highly recommend using his services.
Martin rebuilt my 30+ year old, 2nd story, 14’ x 6’, balcony which had extensive wood rot. He used better construction methods and materials than the original balcony. He keep me informed of the progress, listened to my concerns and explained exactly what work practices were being used and why they were being used. His crew worked safely and completed the job in a timely manner and did an excellent job of cleaning the work site. I would definitely use his services again for any similar type work.
My wife and I consulted with Martin to review a contractor's work contract and invoicing process. We found Martin to be exceptionally knowledgeable and he assisted us in developing an effective plan to review with the contractor. I'd recommend him without hesitation!
