Penny was great from start to finish. I transferred from another State Farm agency because I couldn’t even get them to call me back. On their voicemail it’s says they return all calls by the end of the day. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything yet. Every time I call the new office they answer and Penny is always most pleasant and accommodating.
