Although I’m not a State Farm customer, I was recently involved in an accident with a State Farm insured driver. I stopped by this office for assistance with submitting documents for my claim, and the service I received was outstanding. The office manager, Willundra, was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. She made sure all of my documents were submitted correctly, provided an update on my claim, and even gave me a nice State Farm folder to keep everything organized.
