I had a consult with Dr. Grillo today, and I found him to be caring, informative, honest, and a dozen other good things. I never felt rushed or unimportant, and highly recommend him to others.

I waited an hour and 45 monsters for Dr Grillo to see me only to have him treat me with total disrespect, rudeness, and cut me off every time I tried to speak. Within 5 mins I was in tears and leaving. I was so angry I yelled and said he was rude and not to send me a bill for a 5 minute consult that went no where. Dr Grillo ran out into the parking lot after me as i left and yelled at me saying he was billing me anyway. I felt threatened and was treated like I was garbage. Incredibly rude , had my mother in tears after treating her like garbage. She should’ve called the police when he followed her to the parking lot screaming at her .

Good quality, insightful care. The staff is a mix. The doctor is opinionated. Be prepared for onsolicited comments if that's not something you like. I've had friendly phone calls. I've also spoken with a person of unfriendly "tone," who seemed to rush me off the phone. Overall pretty good but I won't go back. I will drive farther away for friendly, professional staff.
