He actually listened to me and we discovered my problems was because of my neck. PT helped me.
Dr Grillo seemed ok. Receptionist was complete trash. Reading the others reviews, I understand. If you do go, verify that what they're be doing isn't labeled as a procedure. A scope to look in your nose is 211.50.
Great communicator, explained everything during and after exam, multiple times ask if I had any questions, I left confident in information provided.
Dr. Grillo is a top ENT doc for this area. The bad reviews don’t add up. Dr. Grillo was informative, explained everything clearly, took his time with me, and answered all my questions . He was kind and compassionate. I definitely recommend him. His staff was also kind and helpful. Yes he knew what BPPD (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) is as one reviewer said he did not. I went to him in 2018 and had a similar experience as this time. I will be back.
