Receptionist was extremely rude. I asked a simple question and was told that I was being rude. What? Then she didn’t want to answer the simple question? Where do they find their workers? Dumpsters or 100 year old trailers? - Now that; that was rude.
My son saw Dr grillo years ago when he was 13 years old. Dr. G put a camera up my son's nose to go look in his throat and my son started gagging. Dr told my son to "stop being a baby". I've had it done before and it is horrible. Especially if the numbing spray doesn't work. How do you say that to a young child that is scared and clearly having an issue with the scope?? Wanted to make an appointment but you need a referral. Our medical system is so broken.
WOW what a bunch of Karen’s on this review site. My appointment was today and I was in and out. Everyone was nice- nice clean office. The Dr was WONDERFUL to me! He explained everything to me and answered all my questions and concerns throughly and patiently. He’s a gem! Nothing wrong with him or his methods. ♥️👍🏻♥️. If you click on their names- you can see all they do it leave negative reviews- speaks volumes.
