Lenna Shepard is a compassionate thermography technician who has helped me be at ease about the screening of my breast tissue. Without compression there is no pain! Furthermore; I had a full body thermogram with her several years ago to know if there were other areas that were showing inflammation, ie the thyroid, etc. Seeing the results gave me the impetus to implement weight loss and dietary changes to decrease inflammation in my abdomen, joints and legs.
