James was absolutely fantastic! He was punctual, professional, and always had a smile on his face. He went out of his way to be accommodating and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the day. The vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. It had a TV so we could watch the game, a clean restroom, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, making for a very enjoyable ride. James was friendly, easy to talk to, and knew the route well. James is a LIFE SAVER . I had initially wanted to book with him but had too many people for the capacity, so we had to book something bigger . The other party bus backed out on us 2 hrs before they were suppose to pick us up for an event ! I quickly called James and he said don’t worry I will be there ! I hired Crystal Coast Limo for a corporate event to drive 8 of us to and from Long Beach from LA. They were very responsive from the beginning, and very accommodating. The van was beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities you could want- including a tv! James, our driver was professional, and the trip went off without a hitch. Highly recommend!!
