If the reader sees Shelly Otem, the office's doctor. Be careful he doesn't treat your chronic pain with physical therapy and doesn't try to resolve your issue. Thankfully I stopped going here and went to see a specialist who took my pain seriously and am on the road to full recovery. I knew when his advice to me was "stop exercising," that I needed to stay far away from him. Although it's been years now, I hope the front staff has improved since my last experience. I made an appointment for my son but when we got there they told us we needed to reschedule because his previous provider (military hospital) had not sent over his records. I was annoyed so we rescheduled but at a different doctors office. We should have been told before arriving that they’d need to reschedule. It put a bad taste in my mouth because my son was taken out of class to make this appointment that never happened. Fast forward a month and we get a bill for over $100. The Doctors and staff are very professional, friendly, caring and attentive. Dr. Odom is outstanding, he takes the time to listen and gives great professional advice to help you through you medical concerns, problems and care. He follows up to ensure you get the proper care. The office and examination rooms are clean and orderly. The waiting area is very comfortable and relaxing. There is handicap parking and access.
