Fantastic crossfit gym. The ownership is obviously very invested in their clients and the members seem very nice. Good group of folks. The gym is also well laid out and clean.

First CrossFit class in 9 years. I was definitely feeling it. Johnathon helped scale the exercises to fit my current level so I could keep up without overdoing it. He was motivational throughout, checking in on my form and encouraging me to push just enough. Everyone in the group was very welcoming and made time to introduce themselves. I’m looking forward to my next class at Crystal Coast CrossFit.

i have never felt more comfortable, welcomed and included in my life. everyone here (especially john) is so motivational and encouraging that you can’t help but just want to keep coming back. highly recommend.

if you are an introvert or just struggle with feeling comfortable easily — this is seriously the place for you. everyone here is so welcoming and so encouraging. they just make it so easy to keeping showing back up.

Since joining Crystal Coast CrossFit, in addition to building muscle and increasing my strength, I’ve noticed my energy levels have improved significantly. The 8:30AM classes with Colleen are my favorite. She understands I’m new, aka “fresh” to CrossFit and provides me the attention and instruction I need to ensure I’m learning the correct techniques.
