Jonathon brought an incredible energy to Crystal Coast CrossFit today. He motivated the entire class to push hard, stay focused, and get meaningful fitness in. His cues were clear, his timing perfect, and his encouragement felt genuine and uplifting. Thanks to his leadership, the group left with a stronger sense of momentum and a renewed commitment to their training. If you’re craving a workout that fires you up and drives results, Jonathan is your coach.
Johnathan was great! He is very motivating and gives very positive instruction. The guys in the class were also very welcoming for my first class and I never felt awkward of out of place. Would absolutely recommend CCC to anyone looking to get into it!!
