Just visiting town and new to CrossFit, I wanted a solid workout. Training with Mike was awesome—he made me feel welcome as a newcomer and introduced me to everyone. The team was friendly, and the workout was challenging yet scaled perfectly. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone, whether new or experienced.

I love do you want class that I took at this gym. I know some of the coaches and since I have some previous knowledge of the coaches, I can attest that their life matches their coaching and loved my experience at the gym. They definitely are more focused on you being healthy and keeping up with your health than success or competition, but they do dabble in some healthy competition.
I am so grateful for this Gym! I started coming with significant bone loss and after two years at the gym my bone density test came back with increased bone density levels! This is proof strength training works. The coaches are very encouraging and intentional on making sure your fitness is for you and meets your level.
Challenging CrossFit but all of the coaches are positive and encouraging! This gym has developed a great family atmosphere! Thankful to be a member!
