Colleen was an excellent coach who made this gym feel so welcoming! CrossFit has always intimidated me, but the positive vibes, workout variations, and encouragement made it so much more comfortable. She pushed us while ensuring we did it in a safe setting.

I joined in on the bring a friend week and Colleen was my coach. She was amazing! She explained everything clearly and gave several ranges of exercises to hit everyone’s level. She was attentive to our form and helped correct when needed. She encouraged us and made it fun. I can tell that doing these kind of workouts over time would definitely build my strength and endurance!

Very friendly staff and patrons! Dropped in from out of town for open 25.2 and everyone was very accommodating! Also, great facility, clean, spacious, and plenty of equipment.
