I’m new to CrossFit, and this gym has been such a welcoming and supportive place to start. The coaches take the time to explain movements, offer modifications when needed, and still challenge you to push a little further when you’re ready. I’ve never once felt out of place or overwhelmed, even when I’m learning something completely new. John is a great coach - knowledgeable, attentive, and encouraging. The other coaches are as well, I never have to worry about which coach I have. Major focus on proper technique and avoiding injury, which I consider critical. The gym culture is incredible, everyone is welcoming and uplifting. Can’t recommend C3 enough!
Jonathon brought an incredible energy to Crystal Coast CrossFit today. He motivated the entire class to push hard, stay focused, and get meaningful fitness in. His cues were clear, his timing perfect, and his encouragement felt genuine and uplifting. Johnathan was great! He is very motivating and gives very positive instruction. The guys in the class were also very welcoming for my first class and I never felt awkward of out of place. Would absolutely recommend CCC to anyone looking to get into it!!
