Purchased an 18' Pioneer in Nov 2024 and couldn't have been happier with the process and price. Byron was very responsive and willing to take his time to answer any and all questions. Byron coordinated the engine inspection, test drive, and all other purchase logistics, including all necessary paperwork to easily transfer the title. Price was fair and boat has been working very well. Highly recommend Byron and Crystal Coast.

Sad to post this but I feel is well deserved stopped by to check the boats out . For starters older gentleman comes out “all these boats here are sold “ negative attitude trying to belittle me for looking at cheaper boats telling me if I don’t spend a certain ammount I wouldn’t find a good boat. No intention to sell anything or even try to help out HORRIBLE people skills. If your not gonna help out the customers then why are you trying to sell boats you got the wrong profession ..
Byron gets it done. Went out his way. Made level-headed, down-to-earth recommendations. Was always available. Proactive. Practical. Pleasure to do business with. Would work with him again without question.
