As a walk-in Client, it was really a comfortable and good place to choose a doctor, me and my friend went there for lipid assessment test, it went really smooth the receptionist and doctor was friendly and knowledgable.
A “modern” clinic… except when it comes to replying to a simple message. The receptionist finds it too difficult to offer an appointment date by email — even though their website literally provides that option. Such a lack of professionalism and empathy. A bit more respect and understanding would make all the difference.
Dr. Nita is really good — she’s knowledgeable, caring, and takes her time to explain everything properly. However, the customer service at the reception is extremely poor. They rarely answer calls, don’t respond to messages, and overall communication is very disappointing. The clinic really needs to improve how they handle patients at the front desk, because Dr. Nita’s good work gets overshadowed by the unprofessional reception staff.
Great doctors & great support staff / receptionists. Have been to this clinic multiple times & it’s always great service. Thank you.
Dr. Neeta Jain is a great doctor. Had a good experience with the receptionist as well.
