Ive been charged several times for a clogged salt system at $*** each time. I have called to speak about this and told that that is a common problem. The system works about 3 weeks and needs service again.Why cant they not fix this. I paid several ********* of dollars for this system and it stays clogged so much I have yet to go through a bag of salt this year. Ive been very nice to them but this is ridiculous. Previously s when it was working properly It would go through 4-5 bags a year. Tired of $*** constantly.

Crystal Clear installed a water softening system in my home 30 days ago. I am very pleased with the results, but even more pleased with their attention to service and customer support. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable representative and installer. Good product, great company.
Had Crystal Clear Water install a water treatment system in our home. The service tech was very knowledgeable and asked all my questions and concerns. He was very polite and professional.
I would like to say that Crystal Clear water treatment company has been servicing me and I reccomend them highly. They are prompt and courteous service and check back with you on how you are doing and if satisfied.
