My 88 year old Mother used these guys in May, 2020. For the above average fee (her pool is 14x28 and fee is $410 plus tax) the job was left unfinished. This is a black and white issue since 1-2 days after the opening, the pool was cloudy and not useable. This does not meet the criteria for a proper (premium) opening. When I called I clearly sensed that had no interest in going back. Disappointing to see a company take advantage of someone almost 90!
Used then for a couple of years. Satisfactory service and Rob was pleasant to deal with. Had them close last year as normal and then they opened 5 months later in the spring. Got an extra charge for "Heavy Cleaning" on top of the standard $360. Disputed this "extra" as they were the ones to close it and should have left it reasonable, plus the fact that every year I pumped off the water of the cover and cleaned the leaves off to make it easier and quicker for them.
