I had an appointment at this practice in November. I walked in to the waiting area and sat down. It was an extremely hot day (around 33-35 degrees c from memory.). I waited and waited, get hotter and hotter and I reached breaking point at 15 mins as I was sweltering and crying. Very aggressive booking process handled interstate via unknown and unidentified remote control AI energised outsourcing. Client left with trauma just trying to make a booking using an external third party company. Very assertive overseas/interstate telesales style conduct demanding credit card ..
