I just drove 30 minutes to get here, and the only employee here knew absolutely nothing about swimming pools. We made it clear we were looking to purchase a new above ground pool and asked a few simple questions, I knew more than he did after 30 minutes of reading online. If you are going to be the only employee at a pool store, do some training for your employees. I am not happy that I wasted 90 minutes of my day- I'll spend my $5000 somewhere else.
